Build automations you
will actually use.
A fully funded, hands-on evening workshop where business owners build real AI automations — on their own laptops, with expert help in the room.

Every AI tool promises results. None of them sit next to you and build it.
You don't need another course, another tool, or another YouTube playlist. You just need 90 minutes, a laptop, and someone who'll make sure you leave with an automation that actually works.
What a course cannot give you
Online courses teach theory. This workshop gets you to a working automation before you leave the room.
Hands on your keyboard
You open your laptop and build it yourself, with your own tools, on your own accounts. Nothing hypothetical.
Help when you get stuck
Real-time, tailored troubleshooting from someone who has built this for enterprises. Not a forum thread.
People in the same boat
A room of local business owners solving the same problems you are. You leave with more than tools.
What we typically cover
Each session is self-contained — show up once, show up to all six. Themes we work through:
AI that works on your daily admin
Build assistants that touch your email, calendar, and routine tasks. Connected to your real tools, working on your real workload.
Content systems that run without you
Pipelines that take one idea and turn it into a blog post, a LinkedIn post, and a newsletter. Research, drafting, and scheduling — all handled.
Agents that handle multi-step work
AI that makes decisions, calls APIs, and chains actions across your tools. Beyond chatbots — real workflow.
AI that understands your business
Generic inputs give generic outputs. Structure prompts and context so AI gives results tailored to how you actually operate.
Topics the community votes in
After the core themes, the room picks what comes next. Bring your challenges, vote on direction, build the solution together live.
Limited to 20 seats to keep it personal.

Meet your instructor
Kelsey is a senior AI and automation engineer who automated the finance department at Avalara, ghost-built AI systems for major YouTubers, and has held senior roles at Hive and TrueHorizon AI.
From custom LLMs to full workflow automation — no hype, no filler. Everything taught in this workshop has been built and tested in real businesses with real constraints.
Invited to train senior board members on deploying Anthropic tools across their Google infrastructure.
“Kelsey takes time to demystify agents and agentic workflows. Making them easy to understand and build for yourself.”
Your questions, answered
Everything you need to know before your first session.
Do I need any technical experience?
No. If you can use email and a web browser, you have enough. The whole point is that you'll learn by doing, with someone right there to help when you get stuck.
Is this really fully funded?
Yes. The sessions are fully funded and there's no cost to attend. No card details, no upsell, no catch. Just bring your laptop and show up ready to build.
What do I need to bring with me?
A laptop and a charger. We'll send you a short setup guide before the session so you're ready to go from minute one. It takes about five minutes.
What happens during the 90 minutes?
You'll get a short intro to the session's topic, then spend most of the time building. By the end, you'll have a working automation connected to your own tools that you can keep using.
What happens after my first session?
You'll be invited to join the next one. Each session covers a different topic, and the group helps decide what we build next.
What if I cannot make the next session?
No problem. Sessions run regularly and each one is self-contained. Reserve a spot for whichever date works, and you won't have missed anything critical.
Who is this actually designed for?
Business owners and operators who are curious about AI automation but haven't been able to get it working in practice. You don't need to be technical.
Reserve your seat for the next session.
